Helder started working as a general contractor in 1997.Over the years he has taken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experience in design and building solutions.In 2017 he established Kalomay Construction Inc. The name Kalomay came from an indigenous word, meaning “ the sun’s lake “, that  fits the owner’s desire to bring light and energy to his customers, like a brand new day.His vision is to be a respectable building contractor, delivering beyond expectations, always. His mission is to find projects at competitive pricing, provide safe work condition and deliver quality work within a reasonable time frame. Customers and partners are the top priority.
